On January 16th, Mrs. Fuda and Mrs. Cardinale’s grade 4s welcomed a Scientist into their classroom. Many parents attended to lend a helping hand as these children experienced hands on activities that wowed all present!

On January 16th, Mrs. Fuda and Mrs. Cardinale’s grade 4s welcomed a Scientist into their classroom. Many parents attended to lend a helping hand as these children experienced hands on activities that wowed all present!
During the month of January, our grades 6-8 have enjoyed learning from various techniques from the artists that have come to our school! They have experimented with pencil crayon, water colours, and mixed media as they put into play their elements of design and colour theory knowledge. In February, they will learn and enjoy a professional’s take on drama.
This Christmas season, St. John XXlll School is excited to announce a partnership with St. Justin Martyr Church and The Society of Sharing, a non-profit organization sponsored by the archdiocese. The goal is to help bring a little Christmas cheer to isolated seniors and adults living with physical disabilities in the downtown Toronto area. St. John XXIII CES was honoured to host a Remembrance Day service for its school community on Monday, November 12th. The morning began with a motivational presentation for our grades 4-8 students by a Canadian Veteran, Sergeant (retired) Terry Spence.
