Our School

Welcome to our School Website!

St. John XXIII School, established in Unionville in 1972, celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2012. Several generations of Unionville children have received their elementary education at St. John XXIII School. During this period, the population grew and split off a number of times to form our neighboring schools: St. Justin Martyr, St. Monica, and St. Matthew and St. Benedict.

In April 2014, we celebrated the canonization of Blessed John XXIII and hence, Blessed John XXIII became St. John XXIII.

Today, we are witnessing once again a small but definite growth with the establishment of the Full Day kindergarten and French Immersion programs. In September 2018, we will offer Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 3, Grade 4 and Grade 5 French Immersion.

It is my pleasure and privilege to welcome you to our school’s website. The information posted here will be helpful in keeping you informed regarding important school information and various upcoming activities and events.

Warmest regards,

Mrs. D. Violante
Principal
