2021-2022 Catholic School Council Nomination Form

Hello Parents/Guardians,

 This is an important message about the Catholic School Council online election process for the 2021-22 school year.

As a parent/guardian of a child at this school, you are eligible to self-nominate or nominate another parent/guardian of a child at this school to be a voting member of Catholic School Council. Here are some key dates and timelines:

Part A: Nomination Process

  • Wednesday, September 15 – Google Form Nomination Process Begins. To Nominate, click on this link: https://forms.gle/G7iSDcrMJcEzXS7u6

  • Wednesday, September 22 – Nomination Forms Due by 3:00 p.m.

  • Thursday, September 23 – Nominees will be Contacted via Telephone to conform acceptance.

Part B: Possible Election Process (If more than 21 Nominees for the position of Voting Parent Representative)

  • Monday, September 27 – Nominee Bios posted on school website

  • Thursday, September 30 – Google Ballots for Parent Representative sent out via email to all families and  must be submitted prior to 3:00 p.m.

Part C: Thursday September 30 @ 7:00 p.m. – First Meeting & Executive Election

  • Treasures Report & Motion to Dissolve 2020-21 Council
  • Voting Parent Representatives Introduced
  • Nominations for Executive position revealed 
  • If required, CSC Executive Election Ballot sent out via email to all Parent Representatives
  • Set Tentative Meeting Dates & Goals for the Year
  • Principal’s Report

 Please ensure that you respond before 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 with your nominations and, prior to voting, feel free to access information on each candidate by visiting the school website on Monday, September 27, 2021. As mentioned above, elections will take place online on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. via a Google Meet prior to the first meeting.  Each parent or guardian of a child at this school is asked to submit only one vote for Catholic School Council candidates. Election results will later be posted on the school website.
