Speed Stacking Team Represented St. John XXIII CES Well!

Congratulations to our speed stacking team who worked hard and performed phenomenally well this past Saturday. Students competed in individual and team events.   Under the direction of Mrs. Christidis, Mme. Hodara, Mrs. Lahoud, and Mrs. MacLean, many students placed in the top ten and won ribbons and medals. Earth Month Activities Continue

We are excited to continue to celebrate Earth Month.  This coming Friday, we will enjoy a dynamic presentation entitled, Oceans Alive!  Loretta Penny from Down to Earth will be sharing her vast experience and information about how we, too, can be Stewards of the Earth. We thank the Catholic School Council for paying for this presentation through fundraising efforts.

DrumFit has Arrived at St. John XXIII CES

The students in all grades are enjoying our DrumFit, which has arrived at our school.  Classes are signing up to partake in this fitness/music experience which will be at our school for a month.  It is also one of the activities we are offering during our Education Week Family Fitness Fun and Learning Night. Easter Mass

Today we enjoyed a beautiful Easter Mass led by Father John.  The primary students and staff organized the mass. The decorations were spectacular; the choir angelic; the message moving!  Thank you to all who worked hard on making this such a wonderful experience.
